Thiotrithiazyl Hydrogen Sulphate, N₃S₄.HSO₄

Thiotrithiazyl Hydrogen Sulphate, N₃S₄.HSO₄, is obtained when thiotrithiazyl chloride is dissolved in concentrated sulphuric acid. There is an evolution of hydrogen chloride and, on addition of acetic acid to the solution, the hydrogen sulphate is- deposited as pale yellow needles.
