Hydroxylamine-isodisulphonic Acid, NH(SO3H)O.SO3H
Hydroxylamine-isodisulphonic Acid, NH(SO3H)O.SO3H, may be prepared from the corresponding trisulphonate by hydrolysis with a weak acid. In the presence of hydrogen chloride the SO3H-group attached to the nitrogen atom may be eliminated, whereby hydroxyl-amine-isomonosulphonic acid, NH2.O.SO3H, is produced.
