Thiocarbonyl Sulphochloride, CS2Cl2
Thiocarbonyl Sulphochloride or Chlorothiocarbonyl Sulphur Chloride, CS2Cl2 or CSCl.SCl, is a yellow oil, boiling at 140° C. in vacuo. It is obtained when carbon dichlorosulphide is heated with sulphur at 130° to 150° C. in a closed vessel.
